Our childhood experiences shape far more than we realize — the way we relate to others, the patterns we repeat, and the beliefs we carry about ourselves and the world. I believe early experiences matter deeply, and that healing often begins by understanding where those patterns started and why they once made sense.

My path into this work began early, rooted in a desire to understand people beyond surface-level answers. I have always been drawn to the why behind behavior — what someone is feeling, what they are carrying, and what may be happening beneath what we can see. Over time, this curiosity grew into a commitment to creating spaces where individuals, especially children and adolescents, feel safe enough to be honest, curious, and seen.

I hold a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology and have experience working with children and teens in home and school-based settings as a behavioral therapist. Through this work, I’ve supported youth navigating emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, social struggles, trauma, and major life transitions. I understand how overwhelming it can be for young people to make sense of big emotions in systems that don’t always listen and how meaningful it is to have an adult who does.

I am especially passionate about working with children, adolescents, and young adults, while also welcoming adults seeking support around trauma, identity, loss, and healing. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and developmentally grounded, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy. I tailor each session to the individual in front of me, helping clients build insight, emotional regulation skills, and a stronger sense of agency in their own lives. With younger clients, I focus on supporting healthy patterns, values, boundaries, and life skills that can guide them as they grow.

Above all, I strive to be a safe, nonjudgmental presence — a space where your experiences are believed, your emotions are valid, and your healing unfolds at your own pace. You don’t need to have the right words or know where to start. We’ll figure that out together.
