We grieve constantly—because we’re always losing something. And the pain that comes with it can feel overwhelming, even endless.
It can be scary and disorienting to find yourself lying in the same bed or sitting at the same table, yet feeling miles away from the person who once felt like your best friend. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) certified in Gottman Method Levels 1 and 2, I help couples learn practical tools to strengthen communication, resolve conflict, and rebuild friendship and connection. Once communication begins to heal, we can work together to restore emotional and physical intimacy—so you and your partner can once again feel like you’re speaking the same language.
Loss, in all its forms—whether it’s the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or the quiet shedding of a former self—can feel like an emotional amputation. As an individual therapist, I would be honored to walk beside you through that process. Rooted in a Jungian approach, our work together invites exploration of all parts of you—with compassion, acceptance, and curiosity. We suffer because we love. And that suffering matters. It’s a sign that you’re alive, growing, and gaining wisdom.
