I’m a bilingual, first-gen with Mexican roots, and a certified domestic violence counselor.
I am a compassionate associate social work therapist who is dedicated to providing a safe space for youth, adults and families to grow and heal through counseling.
I have experience working with diverse populations in various settings and I’m passionate about providing services to individuals with diverse backgrounds and challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and severe trauma.
I am passionate about helping clients access their inner world and assist them in self-awareness. I am dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment where you can openly explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we will identify and build upon your strengths, leading to meaningful and lasting positive change. My style is empathetic, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I work from a strengths based approach and tailor therapy to client’s unique needs.
